[Important information]
＊The Sightseeing Flight cannot be flown in bad weather conditions such as rain, strong winds or fog. Check the weather forecast at 17:00 on the day before the flight date to see if the flight will go ahead or not, as this will be announced on the website and by email.
＊Please note that the flight may be cancelled if the minimum number or weight of passengers is not reached.
You must provide the name/age/weight of all passengers when booking. Ensure that you have all passenger details before booking. This information is required for insurance and safe operation of the air balloon.

*The following information is based on the regulations set by Japan Balloon Service Co.- Always follow the instructions of the pilot and staff.
- People under 5 years of age, pregnant, children who cannot be accompanied by a parent or guardian, those who the pilot think that will interfere with the safe operation of the air balloon, and those who cannot stand for one hour are not allowed to board.
- As the basket is approximately 120 cm high, visitors under 120 cm tall may not be able to see the view.
- Shoes unsuitable for boarding, such as high heels and sandals, are not permitted.
- It generally takes about 4-5 hours from the meeting to the break-up. Arrive with plenty of time to spare.
- Please note that the event may be cancelled on the day due to weather or equipment problems.
- Flights are scheduled to last approximately 45-60 minutes after take-off. Flights may be shortened due to weather conditions and other factors.
- If the flight is cancelled due to weather conditions after arrival on site, the company will not be able to compensate for travel expenses. Be aware of this in advance.

- In no event will we be liable for any damage caused by personal injury, property damage or theft other than during hot air balloon rides.
- Hot air balloons are covered by passenger accident insurance. The insurance fee is included in the boarding fee.
- Boarding a hot-air balloon is based on the intention of the person who experiences it, and in the case of injury due to an accident during a hot-air balloon ride, the liability of our company, pilots and staff is covered by the following personal accident insurance policies.
- Boarding a hot air balloon is on your own personal initiative and our company, and its member, is not liable in any way for any liability other than the personal accident insurance mentioned above.
- The company cannot be held responsible for damage to personal belongings.
